Thank you for visiting UNeqKreations.com. Following are the terms and conditions of U’Neq Kreations . Each piece is made to order and packaged with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment. Once order leaves our hands we will notify the customer with tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may to this by leaving a note at check out, or by emailing info to @UNeqkreations@yahoo.com. We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request. Similarly, if we experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant in your order, you will be contacted by via email. 

Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24hours.
